- You may cancel your order in full or partial
- To place cancel request fill the form in Contact Us page with your Order number within 6 hrs as we ship your orders immediately
- Refund if any will be through gift coupon code only
- Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 24 hours from the date of delivery.
- Fixmypremier will take 2 working days to review your return request.
- When you return your product, please indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Send the products along with the invoice and the note with your order number into a secure package. Affix our address (as seen in invoice and packaging) and send it through a reliable courier and email us the consignment details.
- After the product is received, Fixmypremier will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund coupon accordingly.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Incomplete order – missing products
- In case product is received physically damaged during shipment, click a picture and email to email@example.com for assessment within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 24 hours from the date of delivery
