Cancellation by www.fixmypremier.com

Cancellations by the Customer

Color and Appearance

Out of Stock Products
www.fixmypremier.com is committed to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory exhibited on the website. However, if we are unable to ship your purchased items due to unavailability or damage for ready to ship products, we will inform you within 2 working days of your purchase date and process a refund to your credit card account. All refunds are subject to normal banking procedures.
- Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Fixmypremier will take 2 working days to review your return request.
- If our reverse pickup service is not available at your location, you would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner. Fixmypremier will reimburse the courier charges, either in your Paytm wallet or Fixmypremier coupon redeemable on your next purchase.
- After the product is received, Fixmypremier will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
Gift voucher Lost by Customer
If you have lost the gift voucher after receiving from us and before redeem the same in our showrooms, we are not responsible for the lost vouchers, and the gift voucher amount shall not be refund to you.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on www.fixmypremier.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. Cash On Delivery
- Cash On Delivery orders will be booked only if your pin code is serviceable for CoD by our Courier Partners
- Rs.45 will be charged extra for Cash On Delivery service
- Cash on Delivery is not provided on orders above Rs 5,000/-
- Only cash payments will be accepted while delivering the order under the CoD format. Demand Draft/ Cheques will not be accepted for orders booked under the CoD method of payment. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment

While checking your order, if they find some incorrect data, they will request for documents for verification purposes.
